Dress states size 4 but have been reduced to a size 0. It is a tie back so can be adjusted to the correct size. The dress has been altered to fit better in the hips and the front pleats has been pinned down. This can be removed. There are two sets of pins placed in the back for holding the train up. I am 5'3, 110 lbs
